Tonight was my first time doing a “sip and paint” class. I had an amazing experience! 😊

My job was to guide the students on how to paint this wild daisies:

I was given step by step written instructions on how to paint it. But I am not good at following instructions, so I decided to just paint the way I would usually do it in my studio. I told my students, they could follow me, but I encouraged them to improvise and do whatever they wanted.

And that’s precisely what they did! And each ended up with a painting 10 times better than the original!
